We appreciate your kindly help regarding our problem which related to ASIN:***After we got this notification, we started our internal investigation and would like to find out the reason of this problem, we checked the Voice of Customer and found that customer reported issues are mostly about 1." Light doesn't work" and 2. ''Too small for my need''.
After investigation, we found that the root cause of the customer reported issue is as below:
1. 1." Light doesn't work" --- There is a switch for this product, customer need push the button to turn on the product first,then it will work normally.
2. ''Too small for my need'' --- Although we have marked the size of the products, but customers may not pay much attention to the product size parameters, and thus can not adapt to their house, resulting in customers can not be installed.
After we found out the problem, we have done the things below to solve these problem:
1. Improved Listing. Reflected in the title, bullet points and product description and product images. Listing emphasizes that before buying the customer should pay attention to the size of product and how to use it, at the same time, we promise that there is quality or any problem, unconditional return.
2. We have updated our product details page to let buyers have a totally correct understanding by images and text, including how to use it.Ensure that the product details page is an accurate introduction to the product details, so that buyers can efficiently on Amazon mall can buy accurate, desired products.(refer to Annex 1)
3. Put the size chart image on the second one, so that can help customers understand our products more clearly (refer to Annex 2)
4. Add product size to the listing title, so that can help customers understand our products more clearly (refer to Annex 3)
5. More strict quality inspection as well as secondary sampling before the products leave the factory to ensure the products are qualified.
6. Attend defective merchandise compliance training.
7. Actively and promptly resolve problems encountered by buyers.
